You may decorate your apartment without penalty provided the apartment is restored to the original condition upon moving out.
One, two, or two and a half car garages are available depending on the floor plan selected. Limited street parking is also available.
Yes, cats and dogs are allowed. Up to two pets allowed. Breed and size restrictions do apply. We also offer a convenient dog park within the community.
Short term, furnished apartments are available through our furnished division, Singh Suites.
Packages can be delivered directly to your apartment. Any packages delivered to the leasing office will be held and available for pick up.
We do accept walk-ins. However, to better assist you, we would recommend making an appointment if possible.

Application processing times may vary depending on submission of required documents but typically occurs within 1-7 days.
Trash and pet fees will apply. Water and sewer utilities are based on individual usage and will either be billed through a third party or posted to your resident account. All other utilities are paid directly to the provider.
Yes, renter’s insurance is a lease requirement at all Singh apartment communities. To help keep things convenient for you, Singh has partnered with Resident Shield for all of your renter’s insurance needs. For more information, please contact our leasing team.
